City of Water Day activities will include knot-tying lessons from 10:30 to 12:30 and children's story book readings at 11:30 and 1:30.  A coloring station in the crew mess offers coloring sheets with a Coast Guard theme. Special activities end with rides on the John J Harvey fireboat at 2:30 (reservations required) and 3:45.
